Do you need a separate application for each parent ?

I am trying hard to figure out if one needs two separate applications for the visitor (B2) visa extension of the parents, or just one application and the supplement form.

The same question also automatically applies to the amount of fee to be paid ... i.e. does one have to pay two application fees, or just one ?

Any help will be grealy appreciated.

Hi B_khandai

You don't need two separate forms, instead you can fill in the supplement that comes with Form I-539.
Application fee is $140 irrespective of the number of supplement members to that application.
To be simple, Fee is $140 for each application. And you can submit only one application for two people.

Thanks for your reply Pavan Nichenametla ! Although I had already applied in one form (using the supplement), and got the receipt. I was a little disappointed with the general apathy of members on this board.
