Hi, I logged into USCIS to add a new I-131 case. It is the first time since early 2006. After changing the password that expired long time ago, I was happy to see my I-485 that was approved in 2005 and other cases are still in my portfolio. However, the I-485 case was updated on 01/11/2009. Do you guys know what USCIS are looking at? Do you have the same experience? Thanks.

RP. The receipt date is 2/5. I received I797 yesterday.
You guys remember that a lot of people got I485 approved back in 2005. At the beginning cards were not backdated. Ours neither. So we filed I90 to correct. Later, we received notice (blue slip) from USCIS so we sent GCs back using the blue slip and received the correct GCs quickly. But I90 cases never got closed. We sent letter to USCIS to explain the situation and request to (1) close the cases and (2) refund the fees. They never did. I found yesterday both I90 and I485 cases are still open and LUDed
Maybe it is the reason.
