Do you know which INS local service

center gives you interim EAD (walk in) and which doesn't?
From Krishna Iyer's case Cleveland doesn't. Only mailing, how do you expedite that?

Ghee,

1. The BCIS homepage provides links to field offices which in turn lists their services and policies. To access it:

go to www.immigration.gov
Select Services Field Office
Select your location from the Maps

2. Now I need some information. My company's legal counsel told me that Field Offices would stop issuing interim EADs after 90 days. Has anyone heard this? I do NOT want to start a rumor, but need to know if this is correct. I'm specifically interested in anyone who has received an interim EAD through walk-in in the past couple of days.

rgds.
