Do you know what this comment from IIO means?

I contacted IIO for my case I-485(filed on1st August 2001). She said the following comments:

Your application is in the adjudications unit and we should hear something very soon.

She could not quantify how soon?

Is it a bluff or does it say that my application is close to a decision?

If any body face similar situation, please provide your input.

if filed by you without attorney - it is 75% chnace that it is a bluff. If filed by your lawyer and you inquired - it is 99% chance that its a bluff.
And if filed by your attorney and attorney inquires its only 50% chance that its a bluff.
But if attorney says that he inquired and this is what the ins says, then100% chance its a bluff (as s/he never called).
