I have my Bachelors in CSE from India and came to US through a consulting company in Nov 1999. I joined my client after 1 year. Working Full time, studying part time , I completed my Masters in US, in May 2003. My LC was started by my company in April 2004, unfortunately with only my Bachelors in consideration, as they use data from when I joined them. (In RIR and EB3 category.) The recent backlog in EB3 category is bothering me and don't know how long should I wait.
I am looking for someone to process my GC in EB2 category, I have above nice grades (>3.5) in my M.S. and am currently working for a reputed company. Or do you have a pre approved which u can use for me.
I can pay for my GC process or come to some negotiations, other than joining the new company immediately, since I am in sixth year.
Let me know if any of you know someone or are someone who can help me with this. (Any companies who can help - My area is C++, Databases)
