Do we need transit Visa to travel through Amsterdam or Frankfurt with I-551 stamp?

Hi Folks:

We are planning to travel to India this month end. Not booked the tickets yet. But certainly either by KLM through Amsterdam or Lufthansa through Frankfurt.

I have searched the forum for friend's travel experiences, but couldn't conclude because people provided different opinions because of I-551 phase out issues!

Please advise me whether we need trasit visa required for these 2 countries if we are travelling with only a Stamp ?
 
I am also travelling to india by jan 2005 with I-551 stamping on my passport, i believe if you have indian citizenship you must have transit visa. I am going to apply for that. I found this information on the forum. do search on it you will get more information.

No tranist visa needed for KLM even on Advance Parole or I-551 stamp. Lufthansa will require you to get a visa from german consulate. I did extensive research on all airlines before booking our tkts through KLM. Wife travelled on Nov. 2 to Delhi with I-551 stamp and no transit visa. I shall be doing the same in december unless I get my physical card before that.
