Do we need to undress completely for the medical exam?

Hello,

Do we need to undress completely for the medical exam? I know that is what is mentioned on the USCIS site. However, I am not sure if that is the case since I know atleast a couple of people who did not have to do that.

Just a bit anxious since my appointment is with a lady doctor because of my wife and our little gal (majority wins).

Would help me a lot if people post their experiences.

Not necessary. When we did ours there was no undressing involved. All they want to know is STD, HIV and TB. Hope this removes your anxiety.
 
In some cases you do have to undress.. then they use some funny metal probes.. put on some full arm rubber gloves, bring in the gimp.. dim the lights, put on some 70's swank retro funakdelic tunes, and have a big party !

But, nah - you won't even be in the Dr.s office for more then 5 min. :):)
 
LOL.....its amazing the range of rumors that people spread or hear about. Just when you think you have heard it all then comes this....! Actually I was surprised that we were with the doctor for a total of 4 minutes and 50 seconds!!! All he did was listen to our chest and look at our throat and crack a few jokes. Its got to be the most fun part of the entire GC process.....besides opening the envelope containing the green crads that is...:))
