Do we need to submit individual W2 anytime in the GC process?

Folks,

I haven't submitted my W2 for I-485 process from the Priority date. Is that a requirement to submit W2 while filing for I-485 ? My IA never asked for W2 at all.

Recently I got a RFE for I-140 and one of my friends suggested to submit the W2 but, the attorney says they don't need W2 ! :confused:

Please share your thoughts and comments.

Do you mean that my (the employee) Tax Returns from the Year of Priority Date through 2003 (Year of filing) should have been submitted for I-485 ???

Please let me know as I haven't submitted my Tax returns or W2 at anytime in the process!

The Company Tax Returns are submitted when we filed for concurrently in Dec.

i Apologize for my earlier posting. I went back and checked my filings and found that I submitted both my 3 years tax returns as well as W2s with my I 485.

Any others in this forum , please post what you enclosed with I485?
