do we need to send employment letter with packet-3?

Hi cper\'s, under the new cp procedure, while sending the revised "packet-3", do we need to send the employment letter along with the DS forms and fees or is it just necessary to take it for the interview at the consulate? all comments will be appreciated.

What new procedure

I thought the new procedure applied only to NVC cases and not AC140. For NVC, doesn\'t the NVC center take care of sending everything to the consulate directly. I mailed just the OF230(Part1),OF169, I140 approval receipt, and AC140 copies. I thought we just fill the OF230(part2) at the consulate and pay the fees there.

No need of employment offer letter with P 3 if you are sending it to NVC !!
