Do we need to print DS-156 form Back-to-back?

I heard and even as per immihelp website http://www.immihelp.com/visas/h1b/h1docs.html, we need to print DS-16 form back to back. Is that a requirement??

Any recent experince please share. However US embassy, Delhi, India (where I am planing to stamp my visa during India visit) or department of state web-site doen't mention about this.
