Do we need to keep documents before GC?

After getting GC, do we still need to keep those practical training, Labor Cert, I140, I485 etc?

I just don't want to see them and want to burn them. Does INS or any offices/companies need them later?

Till you become a citizen (if you choose to), it is safer to keep all INS documentation(old and new).
