Do we need new H1, H4 visas stamped???

Hi,

I have been looking for an answer to this quesions and I hope someone can answer this for me...

I have a valid H1 (and H4 for my wife) through Company A. These are valid through Nov 2005. I started working for Company B last year and that H1 and H4 approval is valid till Sep 2005. However, the visas stamped on our passports are for Company A.

Now, if we travel overseas, can we re-enter US on our Company A's visas along with the new I-797s? Or do we need Company B's visas stamped on our passports before we can re-enter US?

travel on Co. A visa, stamp is urs not company's carry the new approval, employment letter and couple of pay stubs though.
