Do we need I485 approval notice copies?

Any good soul, please respond....

I did my passport stamping today at the local INS but totally forgot to take copies of my 485 approvals before giving it to the officer.

Can someone please tell me if at any point in time, do we need I485 approvals copies?

Thank You Anita! I can not just forgive myself for being so careless. But it is nice to know that you did not take copies either.

Do I need to get the copies from the lawyer just in case?

Is there anyone who got approved and stamped, did not take copies of the approval notices? I am just wondering....Please post!
