Do we need Attorney\'s signature if we want to send Fax inquiry on our own?

ND:3/15/01 EB2 RIR. WAC# 01-131. Still waiting for FP notice. My attorney says they sent lot of inquiries to INS, but no response. If I want to send a Fax inquiry by myself, do I need to get attorney\'s signature? Can we send with out attorney\'s signature?

You should ask your attorney to escalate this issue to the AILA. They will then
contact INS to get this issue resolved.

Answers questions very briefly. Actions/followup not transparent to me. She just says inquiries are being sent to INS, but no response. I have no information about - how many inquiries had been sent, if AILA was involved already or not....
