Hi All,
I received a letter from Texas INS, saying that they are missing my photos and go to local INS to fill the 1-89 form. I live in NJ. The question i have is, do we need an appointment or can we just walk in and present the photos. I tried to call the local INS but i couldnt get through. it is ringing but no body is lifting.
Any similar experiences? Any info will be appreciated.
