Do we need a lawyer to file PERM? What will be their enrollment in PERM filing? I received form from my lawyer and everything must be done by ourselves (quite complicated) while what we are looking for is pay $$$, they do the rest.
I talked with my lawyer and told him that he will be our attorney that will represent both employee and employer. Basically, what we want to do is pay and he will take care of us in handling the case (e.g. such as creating strong arguments why I am the most eligible, and so on).
His answer was: "We can present the case (but not make one up). So we
will work off the info that you folks provide".
So, basically he just forwarded whatever my HR wrote and submit. My HR doesn't have any experience with legal aspect in immigration.
Any opinions? and maybe reference for attorney?
