Do we have to wait for packet-3??

Dear Friends,

Do we need to wait for PACKET-3??
Once , when we get the case number from NVC, can we directly send the documents to St.Louis.

If so, whats the address of St.Louis and what are all the documents that needs to be sent??

You have to wait till you get P-3, which contains a Bar coded Paper and envelope.
