As long as the Medical Report is proper without any missing info, i am sure you dont need to re-do. Even if INS sends your Medicals back asking to re-do or send missing information like enclosing the information on Vaccines which happenned in my case
(Though i sent it, INS missed this.), the Physician will just update the copy with new dates & sign it and you can use the same medicals. And you dont have to pay for this.
