Looks like because of this delay we end up doing again the FP and medical. In my case I did my FP on 09/2004 and medical on feb-march/2004. Don;t know know when this will end up. Good Luck guys.
 
I believe Medical doesn't expires since new rule 2002.

FP does expires in 14/15 months, but recently efforts by USCIS it show it shouldn't expire, I believe last week an article shared that USCIS/FBI may use the last digital FP u done, check last week threads.
