do we have to inform INS about the JOB change after 180 day\'s ..
i have done my FP and little worried about informng INS about the JOB change, however my LAWYER Insists that we have to inform about the JOB change...
will there be any problems..

I have second thoughts.. will it slow down the process... and this might cause for RFE ( chances are more)

I think it woule be better if we don\'t inform the INS

to avoid any delay in the processing and trigerring any RFE. since this is not a written law anywhere, you can choose not to tell them. chances of them knowing themselves are pretty slim as INS won\'t know until you tell them. am i wrong??
