DO V NEED 2 SURRENDER EAD & I-94 AFTER RECEIPT OF 10YR PLASTIC GREEN CARD? Hi guys,

I received my plastic green card b4 the expiry of my I-94 & EAD, so do
v have 2 to surrender this EAD AND I-94 I mean to which address?

My another question after i received my 10 yrs plastic GREEN CARD
does that mean i got approved both I-130 and I-485?
coz the reason 4 asking this is my case status say that I-485 got
approved where as the I-130 status never changed and it still says
the same statement that it takes 30 to 90 days to processes. So
iam confused that inspite of the receipt of my 10 yr green card the
the status is unchanged.

Do i think that i got my I-130 also got approved tooo since i
already got my 10yr GC?

Clarifications would well be appreciated.

You got your physical green card without knowing I485 is approved?
It sound crazy to me. So far as I know it, the physical green card
arrive only after you get your I485 approavl notice and then
do a process commonly called "passport stamping" when
you place an order for physical green card.

I surrender all my old stuffs (old I94, old EADs, I757 notice,
whatever) during the "passport stamping"
 
Is your I485 approved ? Did you/your attorney get any approval notice ? Did you go for stampping ? Usually at the time of stampping you are expected to return EAD/I94 etc. How did you get a plastic card without 485 approval or stampping ? Did it just come in mail ?
 
Misunderstanding

I think Devss is saying that his I-485 is approved but he is unsure about his I-30 application. Becuase the status for I-485 changed to approve but not for the I-30.
 
Hi guys,
My I-485 is approved and i received notice of action stating that i must attend the interview with all the required docs,accordingly i attended the interview and every thing went smoothly and after the interview i asked the officer for the I-551 stamp she said she needs some kind of clearance (may be security) then i requested her what is that i need to do, then the officer told me very clearly that i do not need to come again for the stamping on the passport and informed me that an APPROVAL LETTER WILL BE SENT TO ME IN 2 WEEKS AND AFTER ANOTHER 2 WEEKS I'D RECEIVE MY PLASTIC GREEN CARD and i was amazed to INFORM YOU GUYS THAT I DIDNT RECEIVED ANY APPROVAL LETTER AS SAID BY THE OFFICER IN 2 WEEKS INSTEAD I STRAIGHT AWAY GOT THE 10 YRS PLASTIC GC.That was really fast from the charlotte office. I think i cleared the doubts of some of my friends in this forum.

Further,i was in chaos coz of I-130 as it got updated thrice but i have not received any notice saying that its approved. but to my understanding
i think I-130 is also approved coz if either one is rejected then there is no point of issuing GC.Thats the reason why i am asking my friends in this forum to give some inputs.However iam happy that i got the GC with a new look of having HOME LAND SECURITY SYMBOL ON THE FRONT SIDE OF THE CARD.
Any further info about my case plz do not hesitate to ask i'd be glad to share

The officer didnt took either my EAD or I-94 the officer verified these docs and returned me back. This is the fact.
