do u get an LUD if NC is cleared?

if the FBI namecheck got cleared by FBi and the results were sent to USCIS, do we get an LUD change or namecheck clearance doesn't get an LUD?

Hi, If you search throughout this forum you'll find that it's always speculation on what LUD's really mean. Some applicants (I've heard it depends on the officer handling the case) get many LUD's some seldom get one.

It is very possible that a NC clearence triggers an LUD but It's impossible to know for sure 100% that that was the real cause, since LUD's don't always follow an e-mail message.

Some people even think that many LUD's are only a "glitch" in the system. I prefer to belive that an LUD means the officer is working on the case and each LUD means a step further...

I did not.
I found out that my NC is cleared when I talked with the Immigration Officer- nice one.
