Just wonder if they still practice random aprovals for wac03 cases as they did for wac02. is there any supporting info?

just a crazy thought
1-2% = 400 - 800 cases a month
let's say $10k for each ... $400k - $800k a months only for CSC for few people
why to reduce the backlog then?
I believe the backlog creates fertile ground for criminal activity.
