Do they issue IEAD @ newark on a Friday?

Yes you can. Only if your EAD is pending for more than 90 days and reach early at 6 AM. Becuase they accept only first 50 people for EAD

It's been pending since oct 8, 2003.
Just wanted to make sure since I heard that newark won't issue IEAD on Wednesday. Is this true?

It should technically be the RD. But I will not bet on it.

So to be on the safe side consider it from the ND
 
I have c/o address in application i.e.485,765 of PA - (Zip 194540

Can I go to Newark or have to find some INS office in PA for iEAD,
