Also, what are the chances of a spouse of a PR in processing for a naturalization getting a first b2 visa extension approved?
Can I argue that since my Naturalization application is problematic due to absences of longer than six months that we are in no way guaranteed to be in a position where I can file for my wifes green card in the future and that we do not wish to be separated unless we are confident that my wife will become a PR soon? If in fact my Naturlization is denied I will have to reconsider the whole thing because it will simply be too much of a strain to remain separated from my wife longer whilst waiting for Naturalization again in the future.
