Do the service centers send any notice to tell you whether your FP is approved or not? Or they only send to people whose FP was not approved?

U need to call FBI and check if they have sent the FP to INS service center. THen call INS Servive center and find out if they recieved them. If the IIO says the FPs are in system, then everting is o.k. If not, ask the IIO what to do and talk to your attorney.

I had my Fp done on 6/15/01. I called FBI today and they informed me that FP has been received , completed and sent on 6/16. What does that mean?
