Do Parents have any benefit If I get a GC?

This question might have already been answered but couldnt find it:
My parents were rejected visitors visa twice for reasons that neither my
parents nor I have been able to figure out.. As far as I know, they cannot
apply for visitors for another 2 years. Now, If I were to have a GC, would it
be any advantage for my parents to get visitors visa to come to the US?
When can I apply for immigration for my parents - is it only after getting
citizenship? when does one get a citizenship after getting a green card?

any help would be really appreciated.

thanks all..

No, your GC will not give your parents any advantage.
Usually when the visa is rejected consulate gives a written reason. It is usually cryptic, a reference to INA code.
You can apply for parents' green card only after you become a citizen. You becone eligible to apply for citizenship 5 years after getting permanent resident status.
