Do NVC explicitly tells us when PACKET-3 was mailed out,or do they just

well they just tell u it was created ... they really don\'t have the ability to know whether it was

for me they told on 3/20 that it has not been mailed and on 3/22 my attorney in Atlanta had it !!!!!

my lawyer is not reachable,,i would ask my employer to get in touch with him

I want to send packet-3 and go to India , I want to get married,because I heard that after GC ,its a tough time to get married.

But it seems , there is lot of problems at NVC,even cases from VSC are not reaching properly.Let us hope and pray that every one gets thru quickly.
