WE both my husband and me have GC since 4/2008. As far as we know we can apply for ctizenship 90 days before.(jan 2013)
My question is since by april 2011 I will complete my 4 years of GC, But if I have to move to india in June 2012 for personal reason and keep coming every 6 months for 1 year period , while my husband continues to stay here , Will I still be able and be eligible to apply for citizenship.
If I come every 6 months stay here for 15 days and then go back for 1 year will it be ok .
When I have to apply for citizenship do I need to be present physically in US.
Can you please put light on this case.
