My wife and I just got married and she came to the US from Belize in '94 and overstayed on a B-2 visa. Only problem is that her parents lost her I-94 and now I am trying to send the I-102 to replace her lost card.

Her name was in her mother's passport along with the rest of her siblings and we were advised not to send a copy of her mom's passport as it could bring trouble to her siblings who overstayed also. What can I do for proof that they will accept as the only proof that they mention is the biography page of the passport or a copy of the old I-94.

What information we do have: social security card, birth certificate from Belize and a Belizian driver's license that is still valid.

Any help would be much appreciated as we are trying to get this sent off before Monday when the fees double to send the form in. Thanks!
