Do need your help in RFE

Today,received RFE from Ucis,it is not I-602 form,I don't kown how to fill it,Do need you help.it like this.
Dear sir or madam
RE :Form : I485
a)Form I -485 Must be accompanied two passport -style color photo,submit two photo recently take.
b)your application is missing documentation establishing your identity.
C)submit current ID,such as a passport showing your picture,name,and date of birth;a drive licence.
d) didn't properly complete I485 Part 3 Section C submit in affidavit every political organization, association, fund, foundation, party, club, society,or similar group in usa or in other place since your 16th birthday.in this part.include the name of the organization,location.if none,write "none".include a detail description .
Now the question is how to do it,especially Question D.when i fill up previous I -485,i write down "none",and right now how can i deal it?
DO need your Help.

What's the problem man! Just send 2 photos and copy of your state ID .So now,question d,what did you say when applying for asylum?If you were member of any organisation(Political party...) or not,state this in a sheet(Use a Typing machine or a computer),sign and mail it.You've got a very easier RFE and you don't have to worry about this.

right now ,I kown how to fill up it.
actually,they didn't ask passport,what they need is photocopy travel document and describe when and where you travel since grant asylee.
