Hi,
We all have received our 485 approval. We have to go to Philadelphia soon for stamping.
I want to know if minors are also required to get the passport stamped and to give their photographs also.
Please reply ASAP.
Thanks

Minors need not get their passport stamped/fingerprinted.
After our approval, my kids got their Cards without passport stamping.

What exactly does your approval notice say?

If they instruct all of you including your kid(s) to go for stamping, then your kid(s) will have to go with you for stamping.

If your kids (minors) received their plastic cards, they don't need to go for stamping.

In my opinion, you and your spouse need to go for stamping in order to receive plastic cards. For your kids, check online status to see if they are ordering cards for your kids. If not, take them to the local BCIS office for stamping/fingerprinting. As well, stamping is a proof of permanent resident and it is for traveling if you don't receive your green cards.

Congratulations on your GC approvals! :)
