Do I need to turn in I-94 at the airport to travel overseas (either with RTD or GC)? Then how can I get another I-94? Thanks.

If you have a GC you don't need to fill out I-94.

Keep your I-94 home when you travel.The airport doesn't need it.On your way back to the US,you're gonna fill one on the airplane to enter US.If you have a GC,you're not gonna need to fill one.
