DO I send filing fee with I-864 or wait

I am confused and would appreciate if someone can help me out, I am sending the packet for my wife ,the I-130,I-485, I-765 and I-864 and was wandering if I send out that payment of 70 dollars for the I-864 now or wait?
I know it would be paid to Dept of State but arent sure if I send with intial packet or wait. any feedback would be appreicated

there is no filing fee for I864.. read the instructions carefully... if you are sending those forms you only need $355 for I-130...... and $1010 for I-485.
