Do I qualify for EB2?

Hi All,

I have a BA in Accounting from a University in the States and have 5 years and 6 months of experience as of today at a national public accounting firm. I have a CPA and current title is a Manager. I would like to Know if I can qualify to apply for EB2 with my BA and experience only, without an advance degree if I were to switch jobs at this point. The positions that I'm seeking would have descriptions as - CPA required, BA in accounting, 5+ years of recent public accounting/audit experience, strong supervisory experience, etc.

The requirements for an EB-2 are as follows..

1. Master's degree
2. At least 5-year work experience on a a particular field
3. Salary must be in accordance with the guidlines of the DOL
4. LC must be in EB-2
 
OP,

You qualify for EB-2 since job requires a Bachelor's degree + 5 yrs exp and you seem to match the requirements.
 
Thank you, I have another question.

Can the job descrtion say 4-6 years of experience and still qualify for EB-2?
