I have a valid Visa till March 2008. I have changed jobs recently and my H1 got extended till July 2008. I am planning to visit India in Dec 2007. My question is
Do I need to go for H1 restamping since I changed employer as my Visa Stamp will have a different employer than my 797. Either way can somebody point me to the resource which I can use for making my decision.
