Do I need Transit Visas

My daughter who travelled on Ap via paris had to get a transit visa ,I would suggest call the concerned embassy or e-mail them usallu reply immediately to confirmdesiladka said:I am travelling to India using my AP. We went to Delhi by KLM via Amsterdams in MAy'2005 and used AP to come back.
There was no need for Airport Tranist Visa for us (Indian passport holders) if we have valid passport, tickets and US visa.
My family come back to US in Aug'2005 and there was also no need for ATV.
I suggest you please call them (the Embassy) and they also used to reply by email.

For Amsterdam you do not need transit visa
We went in Nov 2004 on AP, no transit visa reqd on NW for Amsterdam. Also, I am going again in Oct and embassy confirmed no transit visa reqd.I believe only Netherlands and Italy do not require transit visa for Indians without valid US Visa.

Travelling on AP is
different than on Valid US Visa. Ex: France requires you to have Air Transit Visa if you don't have valid US Visa (not AP), so i had to take the transit visa when i travelled last month on AP. And in paris the officials inspected everyone on board. Better make things clear before you leave.

No, you don't need a visa while transitting through Netherlands as long as you have a valid document that lets you into US/India. That document could be AP or I-551 stamp or a visa on the passport for coming to US and an Indian passport while going to India.
