My new employer filed for NEW H-1B with consulate notification and premium processing. So I\'m going back to home country for an H-1 visa interview as soon as I\'ll get the approval notice in a few days. But do I need to wait for the INS notification reach the consulate which may take weeks, or I can walk in and get the interview with my original I-797 copy? Thank you.
