Do I need to submit previous AP approval?

When I am renewing my AP (I-131), do I need to submit the copy of my previous AP approval?

I've never done it - you don't renew your AP - you just get a new one each time.
The old AP and the new one are not connected (except they are both yours !!)

I've gotten 3 APs so far - no issues yet.

I recently E-FILED and didn't submit previous copy and got my approval too. I don't think you need to submit previous approval copy like EAD.
