Do I need to submit 2 copies of part A and 2 copies of Part B?

I'm applying for OCI card for Me + Wife + 2 kids.

Instruction page is little bit confusing:

Do I need to send 2 copies of Part A? so there will be total of 8 part A pages?


Also, How many copies of part B? Just 1 copy of part B or I need to send in duplicate as well?

Yes, each application (part A & part B) needs to be submitted in duplicate.
