do i need to send the green card back

today my wife got her plastic card, i noticed something on the card,

i don not know if this constitute an error that need to be fixed,

they did not used the picture from the bio, as you know the picture from the bio is face to the front, they used old picture from her immigration record, a

picture face to the side,

do we need to send the card back?

I would not send it back. The picture requirments only changed at the most a coouple of years ago, there are millions of GC with the side view in circulation. Enjoy your card.
