I have left my employer who made the i-485 application
12 months after the application was made. I am currenly
working for a new employer. My lawyer with the current
company says that he needs to send a AC21 letter to
the INS letting them know that I have switched
jobs under AC21 law.
Is this really reqd? If yes - then what precautions should
I take.
