Do I need to renew EAD if I'm working on H1?

My 2nd EAD has expired - I'm working on H1. Do I need to renew?

Of course not --- EAD and H1 are mutually exclusive.

If you are working on H1, then you have no need for an EAD (unless you plan to change jobs or take a part-time job on EAD). Even if you change jobs, you can have the new employer transfer your H1.

You don't have to renew if you don't want to.
