Hello All,
My LC is approved and I-140 is under process. My company has been acquired by another big corporation and we are moving from Fremont CA to San Jose CA. (approximately 8 miles).
I spoke to my attorney. She says, it within commutable distance so no need to file LC again, but she will be filing I-140 amendment.
Can anybody confirm the same? The reason, I am double checking this is, though the distance is too short, two companies are in different counties.
