I applied RIR LC 3 years ago and my lawyer has not yet requested any letter to prove my working history. Is this necessary in any step during the GC application? Can the HR record be slightly different from the LC application. For example, Graduate Assistant in Graduate school from school HR filed as "Business consultant", which is the actual duty.
