My AP1 is expiring in Nov-12-2004. I visted India during on this AP, the latest Stamping on AP states- admitted till Feb-2005. . The same is stamped on the I-94.

I WILL have to visit India again this year during the Nov-Dec 2004, I will apply for my AP2 surely but what will happen if: My AP2 does not approves and my AP1 expires while I'm still in India.

1. Do I need to be in physically in US. while my AP2 approves?

2. Any Issues of not being allowed to enter in US even though AP1 has the date of Feb 2005.

P.S: There are still more than 90 days while my current AP is valid.

Thanks!
