It seems that the infopass was launched on April 21, 2004.

Yes, you need to make an appointment via infopass. They don't take walk-in
anymore.

I mean infopass is introduced for all the local offices ????

Did they mention anything about any specific local address and date in your approval notice to get the passport stamping.
