Do I need to include "reckless driving" ticket I got in I-140 and I-485 application?

Are they very meticulous in searching for these records? Can INS find it out?

What about traffic tickets? Do we include them? Is their a negative impact of having traffic tickets?

Getting ticket and pay them on time does not make you felony or misdomenior (correct the spelling). Therefore there is nothing that can hamper your case in INS.
