Hi all,

Please advice me

here is the sitiaution.

1> Married to LPR in 2001 feb and got sponsered for gc in 2001 NOV.

2> Now got 130 approved in 2005 nov and applied for AOS in feb 2006

3> now got all are current for dec 01 2006 and also my DO which is detroit is also current

4> Should I make appointment and find status about my application since officer mentioned that our interview went good and since our PD is not current he is not going to stamp on my Passport.


so please advice.
 
Then I would definitely make an Infopass appointment to go enquire about your case status. Most likely is that you haven't passed the FBI name check yet.
