do i need to file I-485....

Hi,
I am USC...my wife is abroad (non-Us born). Our I-131 went through and she got an interview coming up.
Should i file I-485 as well or does she automatically get her conditional GC?

Yes, she won't get any GC at all without filing I-485 as she won't have applied to adjust status.
 
In fact I-131 is just the application for Advanced Parole (permission to leave and come back during adjustment of status). There shouldn't be any interview for that at all and they shouldn't even process it if you haven't filed I-130, I-485 and all the supporting forms and paperwork.
